Residential Carpet Cleaning

- Priced by the square foot. 

- Scotchgard is also priced by the square foot.  Carroll County Carpet Cleaning uses the Scotchgard brand product (not a cheaper generic) and is an authorized Scotchgard applicator.

- Please call for a free estimate. (Have room sizes available if possible.) 

- Our cleaning Process:

• We use a Rotary machine that agitates and extracts at the same time, this is the latest modern technology and cleaning methods available in the industry.
• We then come back with the wand and do a second drying pass to make your carpet extremely dry. (Most companies just clean with this method, not the extra two part method we use.  The extra steps we take are what makes us Carroll County’s Best.)
• We use Truck Mounted equipment (not a small Portable machine) that uses high heat and extreme suction which creates a great cleaning and drying process.
• Small items are moved and furniture is tabbed when cleaning is completed.
• All room edges are included in the cleaning price. (We do not have any hidden or extra charges.)
• You will have a certified IICRC carpet cleaner doing your cleaning.

Upholstery Cleaning

- Priced by the square foot. 

- Scotchgard is also priced by the square foot.  Carroll County Carpet Cleaning uses the Scotchgard brand product (not a cheaper generic) and is an authorized Scotchgard applicator.

- Our Cleaning Process:

• We use a small upholstery tool that extracts and cleans at the same time so your upholstery is kept extremely dry.
• We also use our high speed commercial air dyers to dry your upholstery quickly.
• You will have a certified IICRC upholstery cleaner doing your cleaning.

Commercial Carpet Cleaning

- Please call for a free estimate and proposal. 

- Each carpet cleaning is priced by the square foot with commercial pricing based on the number of square feet of the job.

- Each Upholstery cleaning is priced on the piece and square foot and number of pieces you are getting cleaned.

- Scotchgard is also priced by the square foot.  Carroll County Carpet Cleaning uses the Scotchgard brand product (not a cheaper generic) and is an authorized Scotchgard applicator.

- We would be happy to set up a maintenance schedule for you. Monthly, Quarterly or Annually; we will call you to set up the service. (One less thing you need to remember.) 

- We have all the equipment needed for your commercial needs, especially our Rotary machine that attaches to our Truck Mounted cleaning system and high speed commercial air dryers.

- You will have a certified IICRC carpet or upholstery cleaner doing your cleaning.
